As a result of the training you will receive the NPORS red trained operator card or the Traditional NPORS Operator Card

What qualifications do I need to drive a dumper?
Prior to enrolling in our training, you must have passed the CITB Health, Safety and Environment test within the two years preceding your enrolment. Following that, successful completion of the NPORS training is required to obtain your operator card.
How much does it cost to obtain a dumper license?
The cost of acquiring a dumper license varies based on the type of license you pursue and the duration of the training. Our courses start from £280 plus VAT.
How long does a dumper license last?
NPORS Traditional cards remain valid for five years, while NPORS with the CSCS logo on cards expire two years after completing the training.
How do I apply for new updated NPORS card?
There are two ways of renewing your operator card dependant on which one you choose, for the NPORS/CSCS cards you will need to complete a relevant NVQ, Please visit our NVQ page for more information. To renew your 5 year Traditional card please read the renewal paperwork NPORS will send to you prior to the card expiring.
What is the hourly rate for a dumper driver in the UK?
Hourly rates for dumper drivers vary depending on the location within the UK. On average, it ranges between £15 and £18 per hour.(don’t quote us on this)

NPORS
Traditional card – lasts for 5 years and is mainly accepted with housebuilders, utilities, port and marine as proof of competence OR
NPORS card with CSCS logo – accepted by all major building contractor’s. The initial card is the RED trained operator card which lasts for 2 years and can be upgraded to BLUE competent operator card further to completion of relevant NVQ.
CSCS Health & Safety Test
If you require the NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper Red operator card with the CSCS logo on then you must have completed the operatives health and safety test within the last two years.
In house certificates: suitable as proof of operator competence accepted for insurance and HSE compliance.
